How do I choose a size?
Use the garment measurements on the individual product page and compare them with a dress that fits you well. Each style has its own length and construction; the listed measurements are not body measurements.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders in our supported delivery area. No expedited option is offered. Tax charged at checkout is $0.00.
When can I expect delivery?
Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit: approximately 4–6 business days in total. Our fixed cutoff is 7:00 PM CST (UTC−06:00). Orders after cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays start handling on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates.
Can I return a dress?
Request authorization within 30 calendar days of receipt. Standard returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and original packaging. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for our errors and damaged or defective goods. No restocking fee applies.
What if my dress arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may assist the review. Standard change-of-mind conditions do not automatically bar claims involving damage, defects or an incorrect item.
When will a refund be issued?
An approved refund is returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
How should I care for my dress?
Read the care section on your product page. Cotton, viscose and linen-cotton styles have different washing and drying instructions.
